By claiming a tile on Tile Crowd you agree that a paid claim (claim a tile for $1) is a purchase of a display slot on this artwork, not equity, not an NFT, and not a charitable gift. Payments support this project and its creator. This is not a donation or charity, and it is not tax deductible. The first 250 verified free Founding Tiles are promotional claims of a display slot, also not donations and not tax deductible. One free tile per normalized email address.

You grant the project a perpetual license to display your submitted color, text, location, and image on the mosaic and tile page. You represent you have the rights to anything you upload.

We may moderate, reject, or disable content. Webhook confirmation is the authority for paid claims. Free Founding Tiles are assigned only after email verification and a server-side quota check. If a rare race leaves a paid order without a tile, we will refund. If a free claim loses the last founder slot, we offer the $1 paid path instead — we never create Founder #251.

The service is provided as-is. Local Docker is the supported development environment.
